Data we collect
- The messages you exchange with Botler, our assistant, and any contact details you choose to give it.
- If you talk to Botler out loud: your voice is streamed live to Google so it can be understood and answered, and we keep the written transcript of the conversation, as well as any contact details you give.
- The information you enter when booking a call.
- Anonymous audience measurement (pages viewed, button clicks).
Why
To answer your questions, get back to you if you ask us to, and improve this website. We never sell any data.
How long we keep it
Conversations and contact details are kept for 3 years after the last contact, then deleted.
Hosting
The website is hosted in Belgium (Google Cloud). Conversations with Botler and the contact details you leave are processed by Google Cloud and may be processed in the United States, under Google’s standard contractual clauses. When you leave your contact details, our team is notified by an email sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France).
Booking a meeting
Meetings are booked through Google Calendar appointment scheduling (Google Ireland Limited). The details you enter there are sent to us by email so we can prepare the meeting.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@botler360.com. You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr), or the data protection authority in your country (in the UK, the ICO: ico.org.uk).
